KITT is one awesome piece of machinery to say the least. KITT makes James Bond's Aston Martin DB5 look like a kiddie car. KITT earned the title of "The World's Most Incredible Car". KITT multitudes of features include an on-board computer which can think and talk. KITT can also sense nearby dangers.

KITT can reach speeds up to 200 MPH and jump over 50 feet to clear obstacles blocking its way thanks to turbo-boost. You can hit, crash, smash KITT and you can't harm him. KITT is indestructible because of its molecularly bonded shell which is inpenetrable as well as bullet proof. KITT can also X-Ray objects, perform chemical analyses, get injured subjects vital signs, and analyze people's voices to serve as a lie dectector. KITT can also eject unwanted visitors. KITT communicates with Michael via a wrist communicator when he is outside and Michael can call KITT to his assistance at any time.
